Looks like a huge concrete cube wrapped in blue plastic - I have no idea. But, I'm glad you posted :)

Termite treatment....nope. Iris...yes it is a concrete cube...but what is the cube FOR...any other guesses?
Alright...I'll give it up. It is a bank vault. That bank was hit by the tornado. They tore everything down, leaving the vault standing but covered with the blue tarp.
